The food at the cafe was good! Its location was decent, not far from the restaurant and a very nice pub with good beer and Stroud by car. Furthermore, to pay for cab.

The hotel was lovely small and overlooked garden. The breakfast at the cafe was good. We loved the room, it was nice little and had central heating, flat-screen television, and a seating area. That property was in a lovely and absolutely perfect location, next to the beer garden.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious Family Suite, and I loved the cozy atmosphere and the comfort of the clean, well-furnished room. The garden area offered a lovely spot for our kids to play and for us to unwind with a nice drink. Just a heads up, the towels could be a bit plusher, but that didn't overshadow our enjoyable time! 😊

The room was pretty good n clean, liked the comfy bed and good bathroom. Also it was really quiet apart from some noise from the bar at night but it wasn't too bad. The location is nice and easy to find, felt chill overall. Suited our needs as we just needed a place for the night.

A Hidden Gem with Really good Hospitality!
We had a good overnight stay! The landlord personally fetched a takeaway for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing outside with fine views. Rooms are spacious and well-stocked. For breakfast, consider nearby cafes for a lovely start to your day. We can't wait to return for a longer visit!

I found the bed super cozy and the friendly owners. Plus, being so close to the Thames and Severn Canal meant I could enjoy a lovely walk along the water right after checking in.
